We’re thrilled to welcome our local Pool Performers back to Queens Park Swimming Pool this year, celebrating the amazing talent of our local youth!
Join us on the following days to enjoy some live music by the pool:
- Sunday 28 December from 3:00pm – 5:00pm with Demie Bagnato
- Monday 29 December from 5:00pm – 7:00pm with April Farrugia

Demie Bagnato is a rising young artist in the vibrant music scene of Melbourne, Australia. With sultry, emotive vocals and a talent for fresh arrangements, Demie brings a unique flair to both original music and popular hits. April Farrugia is a young, local music artist who is extremely passionate about music and performing. She released her debut single in September 2023 titled ‘Enough’, as well as a new single titled ‘The Truth’ in April 2024. April has loved music and performed ever since she was a young child, and has performed at local events such as the 2023 Moonee Valley Youth Fest.
She also has a love for musical theatre, her most recent role as Ariel Moore in EKC presents Footloose 2024. April‘s music success is evident in her most recent award received, being the 2024 recipient of ‘The Josh “Skinny” Baillon Memorial Dream Music Award’. You can find April’s music on most platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc. April is very excited to expand her musical platform in the coming new year, just graduating from high school.
