Summer Series 2026

Are you looking for a way to get your health and wellbeing journey started?

The Summer Series is a six-week program hosted by the MOVE Moonee Valley team, and combines a variety of different health and wellbeing sessions across our MOVE locations – Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, Keilor East Leisure Centre and Queens Park Swimming Pool. All session registrations are available via Eventbrite.

Weeks 1-3: REGISTER NOW

Weeks 4-6: Available from Monday 16 February

 

There are a variety of sessions available including BODYSTEP®, BODYBALANCE®, CORE®, Outdoor Mat Pilates, Cycle and Teen Boxing (13 – 17yrs) sessions.

We have also introduced a Women’s Only Zumba session. For this session blinds/curtains will be closed over all windows and the session will be supported by a female instructor.

You have the flexibility to pick individual sessions if you’d like to just try everything first, or if you’re looking to kickstart your fitness and want a challenge, you can pick and choose sessions from all of them and enjoy the benefits of six weeks of varied training to assist both a healthy body, and a healthy mind!

The best part is that the Summer Series is entirely FREE!! Yep, FREE! It’s not a typo. There’s no catch. You don’t even need to be an existing MOVE member. The Summer Series is open to everybody!

If you’ve been thinking about doing something positive for your health and fitness and making a change, then this is the perfect time to do so, and you can bring a friend, or a neighbour, or a family member – you could even organise a team and challenge each other!
