Men's Health Week is celebrated around the world every year in June. It is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on men's health and to talk about how they can live happier, healthier lives.

It is a special week where men and boys are encouraged to prioritise their health and wellbeing. For the rest of their lives.

We invite you to take an active step into your health journey by joining us for any of the following FREE sessions next week:

Saturday 14 June @ 8:00am to 9:00am - Blood Pressure Check

Ascot Vale Leisure Centre
Monday 9 June @ 9:30am to 10:15am - BODYPUMP Class
Friday 13 June @ 5:00am to 10:30am - Bloody Pressure Check
