Your first 30 days
Three complimentary appointments
Appointment 1 - BEGIN
This initial session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk through your health goals, motivations, and preferred training style. You’ll be introduced to key gym equipment, with the option to complete a body composition scan to help track progress over time. We’ll also discuss support services available, like Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Exercise Physiology.
Appointment 2 - Check-In
Your second appointment is focused on guidance and support. We'll walk you through your personalised program, refine your technique, and make any necessary tweaks based on your experience so far. It’s your opportunity to build confidence and ensure you’re on the right path.
Appointment 3 - Benefits
In your third appointment, you’ll reconnect with your trainer to review your progress, revisit your goals, and update your program to suit your next steps. We’ll celebrate your wins and help you plan for what comes next - whether that’s maintaining momentum, progressing further, or exploring new training options.
