Catherine Apswoude


Catherine has been involved in sport from a very young age and decided to make it her career over a decade ago. After completing a Diploma of Fitness in 2011, Cat started working for herself and has been helping clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals ever since.

Cat combines boxing, cardio, resistance training, functional exercise and core training to create well-rounded, fit and healthy individuals. She loves to train clients who want to change their lifestyle, not just their fitness level, with a focus on mindset, nutrition and exercise.

Cat's training does not start and end with the sessions at the gym. All of Cat's clients are committed to making a change and follow the 'homework' set for them outside of their time together.

Cat believes anyone and everyone can be fit no matter what level they are at. If there is a will there is a way and Cat is willing to help you along the journey. It is never to early or late to make a change, contact Cat to get started!
