AAA Fitness and Social program
Join into the Access All Abilities (AAA) Fitness and Social program, engaging people with disabilities to enjoy land activities, followed by a chance to socialise afterwards and enjoy a tea or coffee.
The program is ongoing, with new timetables released every term.
About the program
Led by a qualified instructor, the program offers flexibility to choose from four engaging session types, including:
Yoga & Meditation - Beginner-level yoga including stretch, balance and breathing exercises
Walking Football - All abilities soccer activities
Games & Arts - Arts & crafts, puzzles, and board games sessions
Sit & Stretch - Strength and stretch routines with both standing and seated options to improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing
Who is this for?
The Access All Abilities (AAA) Fitness and Social program is open to all people with disabilities, aged 16 years and over.
Cost
$5.95 casual entry fee, or free if your existing MOVE membership contains gym access.
Participants can attend sessions on a casual basis, allowing you to choose your preferred session type throughout the term.
Where is the program held?
The AAA program is held at both Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, and Keilor East Leisure Centre to provide flexibility and convenience.

When are the sessions held?
Sessions are held on:
Mondays from 1:30pm - 3:30pm at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, and
Thursdays from 1:30pm - 3:30pm at Keilor East Leisure Centre.
Do I have to participate in each session?
No. You have the freedom to choose which sessions and locations you participate in! We recommend attending at least one session per week.
