School Holiday Program

If you’re looking for something to keep the kid’s occupied during the holidays, then why not consider signing up for our School Holiday Program.

The School Holiday Program is open to kids from within Moonee Valley aged between 5yrs and 12yrs of age.

Each session is $21.65 and has a capacity of 20 children.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

WEDNESDAY 30 SEPTEMBER
SWIM & PLAY
Please note: the Inflatable Obstacle Course will be held in the 50m Outdoor Pool.
*We recommend that you pack at least 2 towels per child and apply sunscreen before attending.
9:30am – Drop Off / Arrival (Meet at the Library)
9:40am – Group Heads to Designated Areas – Rules Explained 
9:45am – Group 1: Kids Water Games  | Group 2: Inflatable Obstacle Course 
10:30am – Morning Tea (Fruit Platter)
10:45am – Group 1: Inflatable Obstacle Course  | Group 2: Kids Water Games 
11:30am – Pick Up (From the Splash Park)

THURSDAY 1 OCTOBER
DANCE PARTY – DANCE & DISCO
Please note: this session will be held OUTSIDE on the grass area next the 50m Outdoor Pool.
*We recommend that you apply sunscreen before attending.
9:30am – Drop Off / Arrival (Meet at the Library)
9:45am – Kids Dance
10:30am – Morning Tea (Fruit Platter)
10:45am – Kids Disco Party
11:30am – Pick Up (From the outside grass area)

FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER
WATERPOLO & AQUA AEROBICS
*We recommend that you pack at least 2 towels per child.
9:30am – Drop Off / Arrival (Meet at the Library)
9:45am – Waterpolo (25m Pool)
10:30am – Morning Tea (Fruit Platter)
10:45am – Aqua Aerobics (LTS Pool)
11:30am – Pick Up (From the Splash Park)

BOOKING PROCESS:
All bookings to be made via the Active World App

• Don’t have an account yet? Sign up

Booking into the School Holiday Sessions via the Active World App:

• Press ‘Book Session’
• Scroll across to your program date
• Scroll down to 1:00pm
• Press ‘Book’ next to your desired session day/time
• Select ‘Add Member’ (fill out your child’s details – please ensure the Photo Consent and Medical Conditions incl. allergies are filled out at this step)
• Press ‘Continue’
• Press ‘Confirm Booking’
• Enter card details to make payment
• Press ‘$21.65’ to confirm and process payment

The steps above will have to be repeated per session and/or per child.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
