Wellbeing+ Program

Our Wellbeing+ Group Program is designed for people with health concerns who are looking for safe, structured, and supportive exercise, guided by qualified professionals.

Included in our MOVE Gold Wellbeing+ membership, the program combines personalised exercise planning with supervised group sessions in a welcoming and supportive environment. All sessions are led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and tailored to your individual needs, goals, and health conditions.

  • Initial 60-minute consultation with an Exercise Physiologist
  • Individualised exercise program designed specifically for you
  • Supervised Exercise Physiology-led group sessions
  • Access to a dedicated Wellbeing+ group timetable, including Gym, Hydrotherapy and Balance & Strength sessions
  • Quarterly progress reviews with an Exercise Physiologist

Wellbeing+ Program FAQs

The Wellbeing+ Program is included within the MOVE Gold Wellbeing+ Membership.

If you would like to upgrade to MOVE Gold Wellbeing+ membership and join the Group Program sessions, please fill out the enquiry form below.

If you are already a MOVE Gold Wellbeing+ member, you can book in your 60minute Initial Assessment using the below buttons:

Yes absolutely, however this would be in addition to the Membership fee and aligned to our Exercise Physiology fees and charges. If you have access to compensable funding like Medicare or Department of Veteran Affairs then we can use that to support the cost.

No, you can self-refer into the Wellbeing+ Group Program.

If during the initial assessment the Exercise Physiologist would like to get some feedback or discuss with your GP they will talk to you directly about this and obtain the right consent to do so.

Once signing up or upgrading your current membership to the MOVE Gold Wellbeing+ membership, you will have an initial assessment with the Exercise Physiologist.

They will work with you to go through the current Wellbeing+ Program timetable and find regular sessions that suit your schedule.

You will be able to book into ongoing group sessions via the Active World App.
