Winter Series 2026
The MOVE Moonee Valley Winter Series is here, offering a free six‑week program designed to support your health, fitness, and wellbeing throughout the colder months.
Delivered by the MOVE Moonee Valley team, the Winter Series features a variety of health and wellbeing sessions hosted across our MOVE locations at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Keilor East Leisure Centre.
The program is flexible to suit your goals and schedule. You can register for individual sessions if you’d like to sample different activities, or commit to multiple sessions across the six weeks for a more structured and motivating fitness challenge. With a diverse mix of sessions, the Winter Series supports both a healthy body and a healthy mind.
Best of all, the Winter Series is completely FREE, and you don’t need to be an existing MOVE member to take part. The program is open to everyone.

Tuesdays:
10:30am – 11:15am: BODYBALANCE® @ Ascot Vale Leisure Centre
Wednesdays:
7:00pm – 7:45pm: Boxing @ Ascot Vale Leisure Centre
Thursdays:
9:30am – 10:15am: Zumba @ Ascot Vale Leisure Centre
8:05pm – 8:35pm: Meditation @ Keilor East Leisure Centre
Fridays:
9:30am – 10:15am: Aqua Aerobics @ Ascot Vale Leisure Centre
Sundays:
8:30am – 9:15am: BODYSTEP® @ Keilor East Leisure Centre

All session registrations are via Eventbrite, click the REGISTER NOW button and scroll down to view all event sessions.
Please note all sessions must be individually registered for. If you can no longer attend a session, please cancel your booking via Eventbrite so someone else can book in and participate.
Important Information
It is important to ensure that you always speak to your GP before participating in exercise, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions e.g. heart condition, lung / breathing condition (including Asthma), low blood pressure, diabetes, joint injury, or any other medical condition that may make it dangerous for you to participate in physical activity / exercise.
Anybody participating in any type of physical activity should only be doing so within their limitations, and not aggrevate any existing condition.
