GOswim Pyjama Week Sept 2023

Pyjama Week is coming to your GOswim lessons from 11 – 17 September. Get ready to pop your jammies on over your bathers for lessons and make a splash in some great water safety activities planned especially for this theme week.

During this week, our teachers will be incorporating specific water safety activities and games into your swimming lessons. These activities will require students to wear their pyjamas or a set of casual clothes over their swimwear, such as shorts and a t-shirt. Please note, whilst we encourage arrival in your dressing gown or robe if desired, we do not allow this item to be worn during swimming activities.

Wearing pyjamas during swimming lessons is a great way for students to become comfortable in the water with the additional weight of fabric, imitating the possible incident of being in the water fully clothed.

For more information, please speak to your GOswim teacher on your next visit.
