Q3 LM Launch Megaclass

Join us for some fresh new Les Mills Workouts!

It’s time for some fresh new group fitness workouts!

As part of the Quarter 3 Les Mills releases, we’ve got a theme this quarter of ‘sports team colours’, so we want you to SHOW US YOUR COLOURS! Whether you follow the footy, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, cycling, or Quidditch, we want you to proudly share your favourite teams colours! Wear a jersey, or some coloured socks, or come as the team mascot – you’re only limited by your own creativity!

Here’s the line-up for Keilor East Leisure Centre:

  • 8:00am – BODYPUMP
  • 8:30am – BODYSTEP
  • 9:00am – LM CORE
  • 9:30am – BODYATTACK
  • 10:00am – BODYCOMBAT
  • 10:30am – SH’BAM
  • 11:00am – BODYBALANCE

And if that’s not enough for you, why not double up and head over to Ascot Vale Leisure Centre on Saturday 10/09 for their Megaclass.

We also encourage you to bring a friend for free – because working out is more fun with a mate!
