Diabetes Victoria Life! Program

MOVE Moonee Valley is pleased to offer the Life! program
Over 70,000 Victorians have taken the first steps to better health with the Life! program – and you could be next!

Diabetes, heart disease and stroke are Australia’s fastest growing conditions.

Life! is a FREE Health and Wellness program designed to help you become a healthier and happier version of yourself.

The program helps you improve your eating habits, increase your physical activity and manage stress. The program is delivered by a team of expertly trained dieticians and exercise physiologists and is aimed at assisting you to make small changes to your lifestyle that have huge health benefits, help you achieve your health goals and reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Life! is funded by the Victorian government and coordinated by Diabetes Victoria. You can choose from a face to face group course run at our Keilor East centre or online via Zoom.

The program is held over a 12-month period and consists of 7 group sessions. There is no cost to participants to join the program as this is funded by the State Government.
