KELC Steam Room Refurbishment

We would like to inform you of refurbishment works to the Steam Room at Keilor East Leisure Centre.

The steam room is currently closed.

Our dedicated team at KELC is actively working with contractors to complete the necessary works.

Update 10/12/2025

Thank you again for your continued patience as we work to enhance our steam room facilities. We’re pleased to let you know that all structural works have now been completed. The remaining works include minor maintenance to the steam units and their control panel.

We’re committed to providing high-quality, well-maintained facilities for all members, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded space once works are finalised. With this in mind we are excited to announce a reopening date of Thursday 18th of December barring any unforeseen circumstances.

The Sauna and Spa will continue to remain open as usual, with no interruptions expected to these services.
