AVLC Parking Restrictions – February & March

There will be 2hr parking restrictions in place within the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre carpark during the below event dates.

If you are planning to visit AVLC for longer than 2hrs, you will need to obtain a parking permit (available from Reception upon arrival) to display on your vehicle dashboard. Please be advised that there will be parking inspectors in the area, and will be regularly checking vehicles.

Event: Black Caviar Lightning Race Day
Date: Saturday, 14 February 2026

Event: The Victorian Caravan, Camping and Touring Supershow
Date: Wednesday 18 February to Sunday 22 February 2026
Venue: Melbourne Showgrounds
Times: 9:30am to 5pm (Wed to Sat) and 9:30am to 4pm (Sun)
Number of event attendees anticipated is: It is expected that a total of 47,500 people will attend this event over a period of 5 days.

Venue: Melbourne Showgrounds / Flemington Racecourse
