Bio

I’m passionate about helping athletes become stronger, more capable, and confident in their performance. With a background in Exercise and Sports Science, and experience working with high-performance athletes, I bring an evidence-based and athlete-focused approach to coaching.

I have lots of experience working with athletes, from National level athletes in Athletics, to junior athletes learning the fundamentals. Through my work at Grit Athletic Performance, I’ve gained experience developing individualised strength and conditioning programs, monitoring performance data, and working alongside coaches and other professionals to support athletes in reaching their goals.

Alongside this, I have spent my life around sport, with over 10 years training in Gymnastics and Athletics at an elite level. As an accredited Exercise and Sport scientist, and with my own involvement in sport, I have acquired important knowledge in developing and tailoring programs aimed at maximising strength, mobility and performance. I’ve been coaching athletics for several years, working with high-performance athletes and helping them develop their physical capabilities while building confidence, motivation, and consistency. My coaching experience has taught me the importance of creating a positive training environment where athletes feel supported and challenged to reach their potential.

My approach combines technical knowledge, performance monitoring, and practical coaching to create training that is specific to each athlete. Whether the goal is improving strength, power and mobility for better sporting performance; or feeling healthier, stronger and more confident in your body, I aim to help everyone make meaningful progress whilst enjoying the process.

Consistency is key, show up no matter what. There is always something to do at training, whether you are injured or unmotivated, training can always be accommodated or adjusted to the conditions.
Showing up time after time builds resilience and is how you improve and achieve your goals!
