AVLC Parking Restrictions – April & May

There will be 2hr parking restrictions in place within the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre carpark during the below event dates.

If you are planning to visit AVLC for longer than 2hrs, you will need to obtain a parking permit (available from Reception upon arrival) to display on your vehicle dashboard. Please be advised that there will be parking inspectors in the area, and will be regularly checking vehicles.

Date: Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 April 2026
Times: 10am – 6pm
Number of event attendees anticipated is: 15,000

Event: MotorEx 2026
Date: Saturday 2 May & Sunday 3 May 2026
Venue: Melbourne Showgrounds
Times: 11am – 7pm (Saturday) & 11am – 4pm (Sunday)
Number of event attendees anticipated is: 30,000

Event: Victorian Careers Show
Date: Wednesday 13 – Friday 15 May 2026
Venue: Melbourne Showgrounds
Times: 9am – 3pm
Number of event attendees anticipated is: 12,000
