MOVE Winter Series 2024

MOVE Winter Series is here!

We’re excited to share that MOVE Winter Series is back for 2024 and starts next week! Join us from Monday 29 July up until Sunday 7 September for a range of FREE group exercise activities to help you warm up and get MOVE-ing!

Class Schedule
Check out our weekly classes running until 7 September 2024:

  • Mondays – BODYBALANCE 7:00pm-7:45pm (Ascot Vale)
  • Wednesdays – Cycle 9:30am-10:15am (Keilor East)
  • Saturdays – Couch to Swim 4:00pm-4:45pm (Ascot Vale)
  • Sundays Bootcamp – 8:30am-9:15am (Ascot Vale)
  • Sundays Dance Society – 12:30pm-1:15pm (Keilor East)

Plus, we will have a special Zumba Mega Class on Friday 6th September between 7:00pm-8:30pm.

As all FREE classes are free, anyone is welcome to join in the fun!

Please note: Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
