Registrations are now open for our 2022 This Girl Can event.

We’re proud to announce that we’re participating again in This Girl Can in 2022 across both Keilor East and Ascot Vale Leisure Centres.

Here at MOVE, we’re running a special women’s-only Coaching Zone® session!

The options are:

  • Thursday 15th September @ 7:00pm (KELC)
  • Saturday 17th September @ 10:00am (AVLC)

and will be completely FREE! it is also open to the entire community – regardless of whether you’re a MOVE member or not – we want to welcome more women from Moonee Valley into the centre to experience Coaching Zone® for themselves and share a workout with other local women from the community.

What is Coaching Zone®?

Coaching Zone® is a small group training program that is designed to get you fit, fast!

The foundation is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which combines body-weight training, functional movement, various weights and cardio elements into one class that is going to push your cardio, incinerate calories and make you sweat like you’ve never sweat before.

The intensity of our Coaching Zone® classes is what gets people fitter, faster – increasing all-over body strength, cardio capacity and stamina, whilst also burning fat, developing muscle and transforming you body shape.
