MOVE Moonee Valley venues open classes to the community for IDAHOBIT Day

Rainbow colours and messages of inclusion have filled our venue as we recognise International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) 2026. 

Observed annually on 17 May, IDAHOBIT is an opportunity to stand against discrimination while celebrating diversity, visibility and belonging within communities. 

At Keilor East Leisure Centre and Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, selected group fitness classes were opened to the wider Moonee Valley community, encouraging people to come together and “wear it rainbow” in support of IDAHOBIT. 

Thank you to everyone who showed their support and celebrated IDAHOBIT Day with us. Your support helps create a more inclusive, safe, and welcoming community for everyone.
